not technically baking: but it's good

Upon Steph's request:

Amalgamated Potato Salad Recipe

5 Medium Sized Red Potatoes (Diced Boiled and Cooled)
3 Boiled Eggs (Cooled and Diced)
3 Green Onions (the green part only, finely chopped)
1 Red Onion (diced finely) ** I only used 1/2 because I didn't want it to be overpowering)
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard **Can use more to taste**
1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


Basically Boil the Eggs and Potatoes, let them cool

In Bowl, mix the other ingredients in together
Add in eggs, mix
Add in Potatoes mix..
add chives to the top for a garnish =)

ways to lighten this recipe: Light Mayonnaise, 2% Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup Mayo and 1/2 cup mustard, as opposed to what is listed above.
